What should you do if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully? You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, it is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Why do we need your data, i.e., for what purpose do we process it? For marketing purposes, including sending newsletters to you, analyzing whether you engage with their content and which ones you prefer to read. Data may be processed for conducting promotional campaigns, advertising, and other commercial and marketing activities related to the educational services of the Administrator in the form of mailing.
Do you have to provide us with your data? It is voluntary. However, without providing them, you will not be able to receive the newsletter.
On what legal basis do we process your data?

Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (f)of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to analyze whether you engage with our newsletters and which information contained therein you prefer to read.
Art. 10 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law.
Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (a)of the GDPR, your given consent.

To suppliers of tools for: a. website traffic analytics, b. newsletter delivery,
To entities providing website hosting and personal data storage services, performing marketing services.

How long will we process your data? For the duration of our marketing activities or until you express your objection to further processing of data for marketing purposes, or withdraw your consent to receive messages to your email address. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.
Can you object to the processing of your data after providing them to us? Yes.

You can do so in two situations when we process your data:

For direct marketing purposes; you do not need to justify such objection,
Based on our other legitimate interests; such objection requires justification based on your particular situation.
