Lazarski University informs that:
The administrator of my data is Lazarski University, with its seat in Warsaw at Świeradowska 43 Street, 02-662 Warsaw.
The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, who can be contacted at - iod@lazarski.edu.pl
My data will be processed without violating personal rights only to promote the activities of 30th anniversary of Lazarski University and build a positive image of Lazarski University in the public space and in the media.
The legal basis for processing my data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (a) of GDPR.
My personal data may also be processed by the Administrator for conducting promotional campaigns, advertising, and other commercial and marketing activities related to the Administrator's educational services in the form of mailing, if you provide consent, based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (a)of the GDPR, art. and Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law.
The Administrator will store my data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes or until the consent granted is revoked.
The recipients of my data will be entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law. My data may be transferred to entities that operate the Administrator's ICT systems, as well as those that provide ICT tools or services, such as postal, cloud or hosting services.
My data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
I have the right to request from the Administrator access to my data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of my data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.
I have the right to complain to the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Failure to provide data will result in the impossibility of disseminating my image for the purposes related to promoting Lazarski University’s activities and building a positive image of Lazarski University in public space and the media.
My data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization unless required by the legal obligations of the Administrator.
By Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016, on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Art. 81 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4th, 1994. I voluntarily and knowingly give my consent for Lazarski University to disseminate, free of charge and for an indefinite period, my image captured in a photograph/photographs or video material together with my data including my first and last name to promote the activities of Lazarski University 30th year jubilee and build a positive image of Lazarski University in public space and the media, in any form chosen, including dissemination in online media (the university's website, university's profiles on social media: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
I have been informed that I can withdraw the consent given at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the e-mail address - iod@lazarski.edu.pl. I am aware that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on this consent before its withdrawal.
