Lazarski University informs that: 

Lazarski University based in Warsaw, postcode 02-662, 43 Świeradowska Street, is your personal data controller. 

The controller designated a data protection officer available at iod@lazarski.edu.pl

Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of responding to/obtaining information concerning questions asked in the contact form, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. exercising the controller’s legitimate interest in the form of providing information about the activities and products and services provided, at the request of persons concerned. 

The controller shall also have the right to process your personal data for the purpose of promotional and advertising campaigns as well as other marketing activities connected with the controller’s educational services in the form of mailing if you give consent to it in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR and Article 172 Act of 16 July 2004 on the provision of electronic services. 

Your personal data shall not be subject to automated processing and profiling. 

Your personal data shall be retained: 

in case of processing for the purpose of responding to/obtaining information based on the controller’s legitimate interest, for the period of correspondence concerning the type of question asked (however, not longer than for a period of six months after the correspondence was finished). Depending on the results of the correspondence, the data shall continue to be processed for the purpose of concluding it, about which the data subject should be informed, or they shall be deleted. 

in case of processing for the purpose of marketing the controller’s own products and services, based on the controller’s legitimate interest, until its existence or an objection is lodged by the data subject. 

in case you give consent to process your data, until you withdraw your consent. 

The recipients of your personal data may only include entities authorised to obtain personal data in compliance with the provisions of the law, authorised employees and entities that the controller requested or commissioned to process data. 

You shall have the right to demand that the controller give you access to your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to portability, and in case of giving consent to the processing, the right to withdraw this consent at any time (with no effect on the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of the consent). 

You shall have the right to lodge an objection to your personal data processing at any time. 

You shall have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 

The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, necessary in order to perform the tasks for which they are collected. 

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries/international organizations unless required by legal obligations of the Administrator.
